Is Milk Good or Bad for you?
Ever wonder why we are the only species that still drink milk after reaching adulthood? Furthermore, why is it that we consume milk from other species other than our own? Animals don’t drink human milk, but we drink theirs like we were in a state of starvation. Could this be because of government propaganda, or could it be the dairy industry’s influence pushing for people to consume more of their products?
Sure milk has some value to it, when it’s infused with calcium and other vitamins, it can be beneficial to our health. However, the same vitamins can also be found in other products, fruits and vegetables, supplements…etc. We sure could not have cereal without milk, or cookies without a glass of milk, sure in some instance it may be ok to have milk, but is milk really what the industry makes it out to be?
From a study published in the JAMA ( the journal of American Medical Association) seems to think that there’s a lake of evidence that milk does the body good, in fact cow’s milk seems to cause more problems than benefits to humans. Even if milk is pasteurized to kill bacteria, the cow is still infused with growth hormones, and fed with non-organic food (pesticides..)

On the other side of the spectrum, some will argue that cow’s milk is good and beneficial to humans, or others will say that this is a conspiracy, this is milk bashing….etc. Ultimately, you the consumer will have to determine what is best for you, you will have to make your own decisions, we only bring you some facts to help you make the best decisions for your health.
